Pray for Peace

This is a difficult morning in greater Moncton. Many are naturally concerned for the safety of the police and other first responders while the suspect is still at large. Some are afraid for themselves and others who are living in the Pinehurst area.
If you can, it is best to stay at home today. The fewer people who are out the easier it will be for those who are trying to manage the situation.
Our thoughts and prayers are with those who are most at risk especially the police and those who are living in the lock down area. We also pray for the families of the three RCMP who were fatally shot and for those who were wounded.
We pray the police will be safe and that they will be blessed with insight and the ability to use their skills to the best of their ability to keep the public safe and apprehend the suspect as soon as possible.
May peace prevail on God’s earth.
