St. Paul’s Senior Exercise (60+) classes begin September 12 through December 14 (27 classes). Tuesday & Thursday morning beginning at 9 am to 10 am.

Jane Cowan is a certified trained senior instructor, with a focus on senior core fitness, balance and memory exercises.

No floor work. Weights, balls, rubber bands and chairs in some classes. Contact the church office (506-386-3335) or Wendy (506-386-2032) to sign up or try one class.
